Process wastes in remote locations worldwide
TWMA has recognised that as a result of the developing drilling waste management market and heightened environmental awareness within oil and exploration and production, the volume of wastes and the need for comprehensive waste management of these materials is increasing.
Utilising our many years experience and know-how in the handling and thermal treatment of oil and gas industry waste, we have developed our original technologies to offer onshore mobile thermal processing in remote locations with the TCC RotoTruck and TCC RotoMill Heli-Lift.
The TCC RotoTruck is a truck mounted version of the TCC RotoMill mobile thermal processing technology. It is used for land based projects and widely recognised as the leading onshore thermal system for treating drilling wastes at source. For further information about this technology please see our TCC RotoTruck page.
Our TCC RotoMill Heli-Lift unit has been developed specifically for remote locations serviced by helicopter lifts requiring a maximum hook lift of 10 tonnes. For further information about this technology please see our TCC RotoMill page.
These technologies can be integrated with our Cuttings Collection and Distribution System (CCDS) to provide a complete onshore processing solution offering operational cost-advantages to operators from simplified logistics, a reduction in transportation costs, maximum productivity of equipment and recovery of valuable base oil through the thermal treatment process.
