Thank you for visiting our website and reviewing our privacy statement. This privacy statement provides you with a summary on how TWMA collects and processes your personal data when you visit our website or visit us at one of our stands at trade shows or when you email us with an enquiry. 


This privacy Statement is NOT intended to apply to you if you are: 

(i) a child (as we do not knowingly collect data relating to children); or
(ii) applying for a vacancy we are currently advertising on our website; or
(iii) an employee, consultant or contractor of TWMA; or
(iv) an existing customer of ours or a supplier to us.

TWMA is made up of different legal entities, details of which can be found on our website. When we mention "TWMA", we are referring to the relevant company in the TWMA Group responsible for processing your data which will be clear to you when you use our website. 2.    THE DATA WE COLLECT


When you use our website, we may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of data as follows:
(i) We do NOT collect your Identity Data (your name).
(ii) We do NOT collect your Contact Data (your email address or other contact details).
(iii) We use Google Analytics to collect Usage Data (frequency and website information people are most interested in) but the analysis is anonymised in order that no personal data is collected during your interaction with our website.
(iv) We do not collect Marketing and Communications Data (the aspects of TWMA that are or may be of interest to you). If we wish to do this, we will ask you in advance for your consent.


3.    HOW WE COLLECT AND USE WEBSITE USE DATA

As you interact with our website, we will automatically collect Usage Data and Technical Data about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns. We collect this data by using cookies. 


We use Cookies to collect Technical Data about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns, but we do NOT collect your personal information.

4. VISITORS TO TRADE SHOWS & EMAIL ENQUIRIES


If you have emailed us with an enquiry on our services or regions, or visited one of our TWMA marketing stands at any trade show, we may have taken your business card or recorded your details in another format, and, whilst this is not recorded via our website, we will treat your personal data in the same way as we treat the data collected through our website. 

The rest of this Statement tells you about what we do if we have collected your personal data in other ways, such as at trade shows or if you have emailed us with a query on the services we provide or the regions we work in around the world. 


In the event that we do collect personal information about you (Your name and contact details), the personal date we collect about you will be processed in line with TWMA's legitimate interest and also the legal obligations that are explained in our Privacy Notice. 


In the event that we do collect personal data about you, we will only use your personal data for the purpose for which we collected it which includes the following; 

(i) To improve our website and products/services.
(ii) To conduct 'customer' demographic analysis which helps us understand what products or services people may be interested.
